A Review of Smashbox Makeup Primer

Hej Hej! Welcome to my blog. How is your week?

Today, I am making a review of the Smashbox Pore Minimizing Foundation Primer. Makeup primers are used as a base before you apply your foundation. Makeup primers help your makeup to stay longer and smoother.

I have seen some reviews about this primer so I decided to go shopping for it. The primer claims to reduce the appearance of pores and gives a priming perfection to your makeup. It also keeps your makeup oil free for more than 8 hours.

Primers are not only used when applying foundation on your face, you can also use it as a facial care product. You apply it on your clean dry face alone. It helps to keep your pores intact and also keep your face free from oily-ness especially if you live in a place with hot temperature.

I use this primer for my makeup. So this is what I think about it. I have been using it for 4 -5 months now. I have an oily face and I tend to produce oil in my T-zone area especially when I wear a makeup for at least 3 hours. The Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer is clay in colour and tends to feel greasy when I apply it on my face. It disappears immediately into your pores and face. A little of the content on your palm is enough for your face. I wear it with my foundation. Although I am not sure it makes my makeup to last for8 hours, it sure helps my makeup to last for more than 6 hours. I may not like the greasy feeling like it have some particles in it. But, I like this primer and it works more than some primers that I used in the past.

Smashbox leaving your makeup with a smashing look! For that facial oil control, try this Smashbox primer.

What primers do you use? Please share with me so I can try it. Tack! 🎊❤
